Exporting data to csv from power bi report integrated into web apps

Isn't it possible export data of a report integrated in a web app into a csv file?

Once I've embedded my reports into a web app I don't see anymore Export utility in the top right corner menu of each report component.

How are you doing the embedding? Power BI Embedded, iframe, something else?

Potentially, I want to try to replicate the issue. So, are you doing a Publish to Web and then iframing it or are you iframing the report link from Power BI report. 

Power BI report link would be something like: https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/reports/[guid]

Publish to web link would be something like: https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=[guid]

Publish to web does not support export, the only option you get when you mouse over a visual is focus mode.

@Greg_Deckler I'm doing a Publish to Web and then iframing. In your opinion will export be available with this technique soon? If it won't, what should I do to provide exporting to csv from a report embedded into a web app? Should I use the new Power Embedded solution?

Well, there is an Idea out there for that:

However, it is not started. What that means is that you won't be seeing that functionality in the next 3 months at least. Doesn't have very many votes either so you should vote for the idea.

You could try the new Power BI Embedded solution but I'd have to confirm that it supports that feature.
