Exporting a report to powerpoin that displays image icons

Hi ,

I have a report that has a dax query that displays the image from a sharepoint library. (its either RED AMBER GREEN icon)

This is an on premise direct query (ie - sql on prem with gateway)

When i export to PowerPoint in browser the images dont come through. i also see broken image lnks in powerbi desktop - which is OK as they do dipslay in browser.

I put the same design in for another customer and they worked.

The images in both scenarios are stored in a sharepoint site collection library  in sharepointonline

Why does powerpoint show images for one customer and not the other???

this is a deal breaker for my customer...please HELP

I'm supprised if you can see them on screen that they don't export. It suggests doesn have the same export to sharepoint.

Have you tried pubic web images. Do they work? Maybe you can have a copy somewhere else to ensure the export works.
