Error while changing Different server using Parameter (Using Redshift Source)

I think this issue may related to connector/driver configuration,  If you test ODBC driver with UDL file, did it works?

If your connection also not works in UDL test, I'd like to suggest you to double check your configuration/settings and choose correct one to try again.

After finish testing, you can open UDL file to get correct connection string.

BTW, current power query support use parameter to dynamic change data source. When load data and generate table, original table structure will cached in query steps,  if new structure can't correspond with original one(after using parameter to change datasource), power bi will return error.
