Display record based on measured value

I need help for doing my first project in BI (totally new in BI).

How do I just show the records in the table that the measure field (occurance of a field) from the table is equal to a number.

Client Occurance

A 3

A 3

A 3

B 1

C 2

C 2

D 3

D 3

D 3

Would like to see if I only want to filter Occurance =3.

D

The measure field is:

Occurance = CALCULATE (    COUNTROWS ( table),    ALLSELECTED ( table),    VALUES ( table[DlrName] ))

in which the table has a filter

Months from today = DATEDIFF(field[RptDate],TODAY(),month)

is less than or equal to 3

In summary, how do I just show the distinct record with 3 in the measure field which it cannot be used for filter or slicer?

Please let me know if you need any additional info. Thanks a lot.

I have another issue, having sales data that I want to filter out for example as everything below 5000 EUR, below 10000 EUR, etc as per the users selection - can this be done? In excel three is the numerical filter at hand, can something similar be specified as a rule for filtering depending what the user chooses...

Thanks for the solution.

One more question, how to not display the Occurance field in the table as this is one of the field that count occurance of another field in the table?

Thanks in advance.
