Disable Selected value in Slicer down

I have three slicer as a drop down, I want to disable the selected values from other slicer. Please advise me to achieve.

I'm not quite understand about your requirement. What are the relationships among these three slicers? Could you please share us some sample data and the desired result if possible? It will help us understand your requirement more clear and get a right direction.
