I am working on a board that contains a Table for visualize data, the table contains a Date type but is shown in three different columns, How Can I convert the three different column to one?

In the Vizualization tab, change the dropdown field from "Date Hierarchy" to "Fecha" or whatever the date field is called.
This will display it in a single date column:

Disable the Date Hierarchy in the Values Section of the Visual.
In the image you should use Date instead of date Hierarchy.
