You need a calendar table which has a rank column ranking by the Months of dates.
Then create two measures
top 3 values = SUMX( TOPN(3,'table',RELATED('calendar'[rank]),ASC),'table'[value]) after top 3 measures = SUM('table'[value])-[top 3 values]
