That error, without knowing any spanish, I'm guess says it can't convert the format ####-# to a number.
Depending on what results you neeed a couple of options -
Keep it as text
Somehow format the column to get rid of the dash and then format as number

I dont know what i did but putting it to text format worked , so thanks
What type of data you have in the source ? are they numeric? Are you trying to change from some other data type to Numeric ?

They came as numbers from excel. I tried editing them to text in excel also, but it didnt solve. These numbers when they came without the "-" they recognize normally im Bi.

The error is caused because you have a "- " on the field (010002- 1). Power Bi cannot convert that cell to number. You should take an action to solve this. For example, you can split the cell on two columns separated by "- ". Then you can convert to number.
The convertion depends on what are you looking for this column.
