I want to use the selected value of a Slicer for further purposes.

This is what I was looking for, to get the Selection or Selected_Value and to use that value or the value corresponding to that.
Create a Measure, Selected = IF(HASONEVALUE(Table[Column A]),VALUES(Table[Column B]),COUNTROWS(Table))
Where Slicer contains Column A values and I can use the selected slicer value or the value corrosponding to it for diffferent calculated columns.

You have to use the 'drillthrough' function of Power BI,
