Count percentage of employees handled

Hi Community,

I know this is simple but can't get it to work, wonder what I'm missing.

How do I extract this information:

Handled Employees: is just the count of instance of the manager's name

% of Handled Employees = Handled Employees: over total population

ManagerHandled Employees% of Handled Employees
Recla, Kathlyn622.22%
Strout, Walton725.93%
Bonton, Carter311.11%
Rena, Bradley518.52%
Launt, Eulah622.22%

Using this sample database (all names are fictitious, they are randomly generated):

Here are the Measures - this way you can control the names! Smiley Happy

Handled Employees = DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'Table'[Employee] )

% of Handled Employees =
DIVIDE (
    [Handled Employees],
    CALCULATE ( [Handled Employees], ALLSELECTED ( 'Table' ) ),
    0
)

The question was answered but I left off some details so I still have a followup question

How do I ignore the current context. For example if I do a drill down the percentage will not be the against GRAND TOTAL but instead against the total of the current context.

what if I do a drill-down graph from Second Line Manager to Manager(First Line) to Employee, I'm not seeing percentage out of the grand total but on for the total of the current filter.

Ok I think I got the answer myself... I just used the ALL keywork to unfilter everything this way even if I do filters the grand total stays the same, I don't know why they called it grand total but it reacts on filters, must be called sub-total then. Anyway I got it to work so I'm good for now. thanks again for your inputs guys, really appreciate it.
