Calculation SD and Average

Hi All,

I have a question.that I need to calculate average and SD for total time spent for each session on power bi. I am attaching an image for the sample data.

I have used the below formula.

Average Test = Calculate(AVERAGEX(Sheet1,Sheet1[Total Time Spent]),ALLEXCEPT(Sheet1,Sheet1[Session ID ]))d]))

Standard DeviationTest = Calculate(STDEVX.P(Sheet1,Sheet1[Total Time Spent]),ALLEXCEPT(Sheet1,Sheet1[Session ID ]))

But the formula is not calculating the correct answer. Is there any alternative to this formula??

Thank You, As it contained duplicate values so I created another table containing the required values, then used the Sd and average from that table.

Thank You, for your reply though. Really appreciate.

Hi @Kumar11109,

There are a lot of duplicate data in your table, you can try to calculate the summary table which remove the duplicate records, for example:

Standard DeviationTest = STDEVX.S(SUMMARIZE(ALL(Sheet1),Sheet1[Resource ID],Sheet1[Total Time Spent]),[Total Time Spent])
