Best way to share dashboard to end users on premises(not in cloud)

Hi Every one,

Need help from u guys, there is a requirement fom client (i.e) client is not willing to use cloud instead they want to use on-premises sharing method. As far I check most of the sharing options are in cloud. Is there any way to share the dashboard to end user without cloud.

Please share your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Note: Downloadin pbix file and sharing to enduser is the one option I found.

You need a license to install and use the Power BI Report Server. This can be obtained by either paying for Power BI Premium, or paying for a SQL Server Enterprise with SA license.

If you do this, your data sources are limited to only SSAS tabular/multidimensional models.

But, it is a much more elegant way of sharing PBIX files than file shares or email even with the limited data sources and thus requiring opening the file in Desktop.

You can either give them the PBIX or you can also use SQL Server Power BI Edition and publish your PBIX to it.
