Amazing Update to Power BI Desktop this month

Hi all.

 

There has just been a fantastic release of Power BI desktop that covers 2 new killer features.

  • Quick Measures - the UI will write the measure for you.
  • Query by example - you can manually add some data to a new column and the inbuilt intelligence will work out what you are trying to do.

Not to mention the ability to connect to existing PBI models in the Service.  I was looking for this a few weeks back and was frustrated that it wasn't there.
