1 Pbix,several Google Analytics acounts

Hi, I have 1 pbix for 1 GA account, and copy that one on my desktop

In the copy I change the GA login, but then BI prompts for GA property# in the queries.

After changing that property# in the queries I get an error:

the import *GA propertynr*. matches no exports. Did you miss a module reference?

So should there be an export first, from the new property?

Since thats not possible because I cannot connect with the new account

Question: What is the way to make 1 dashboard, and copy that one for other GA accounts I have?

Any ideas?

Hi @Satch,

Current power bi not support to use multiple account in one file, perhaps you can submit an ideas to ideas forum.

BTW, smoupre's solution suitable these connectors which direct use username and password to connect, but it not works on OAuth2 mode.

No idea if this will work in this case, but it has tended to work in other cases. Create a new PBIX. Connect to the other GA account from this and import the data. Open up the Query Editor and use Advanced Editor to open the source code for the query. Copy the first few lines like Source, etc. Copy your original GA PBIX to a new PBIX. In this new copy, go into the query and replace the first few lines like Source with the ones that you copied.

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Unfortunately that didnt work 😞

It gives all kind of erroro messages, like the one I posted above

But also that the name (property id) was misspelled (but it wasn't)

Tough one this?

Anybody did this with succes?
