The natural rate of unemployment is the rate of unemployment from all sources except changes in aggregate demand. There's a lot to figuring out the longer term GDP and labor market situation, and the natural rate of unemployment is one of them.
Power BI makes it easy to visualize this data and see it over time. There are plenty of other data sets provided through FRED, and they're all pretty easy to visualize and explore using Power BI.
