A few years ago I created PowerPivot workbook to track investments: http://PortfolioSlicer.com. It is used by hundreds of people all over the world and it is absolutely free. Recently I also added PowerBI workbook that uses same data model and data. This data model merges user transactions (like buy 100 shares of MSFT) with share prices and calculated your portfolio performance for any period. I would appreciate any input I can get in making these reports more user friendly and informative.

It is not clear how to attach PBIX file, so I included link to download:

    PBIX download: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/16743736/MSFTContest201610/PortfolioSlicerV2.4-Demo.pbix

This is a dashboard made for a large regional transit agency to help them track safety and security (SSIMS stands for Safety and Security Information Management System.) Safety and Security “certifiable items” are potential hazards that are identified and then go through a long process of mitigation before they are certified complete. This dashboard is the window into that automated process and is designed to give insights into where things are.

This dashboard has two views on the same data, one for the day to day employees of the agency who work with the system, and a high level look for senior executives. All data comes from Sharepoint, and the table in the SSIMS Dashboard tab contains a link that would normally connect to the Sharepoint list view with additional information about each specific item.

The dashboard has been shared and my email address is steve.severson@otbsolutions.com. The pbix will be sent from that address.
