Hi,

I created a calculated measure that gives the latest date for the highest sale value.

Highest Sale Date = CALCULATE(MAX('Sales Information'[Date]),FILTER('Sales Information', 'Sales Information'[Sale]=MAX('Sales Information'[Sale])))

I added an image of what the result looks like on a card visualization. Hope it helps!
