How to create data label from groups of calculated...

I have calculated measures metrics for growth in % or decimals, e.g. 10% = 0.10

I would like to group them in 4 different groups, namely

G1: 1<= x <10

G2 : 11 <= x < 15

G3: 16 <= x < 20

G4: x> 21

How do I have these 4 groups come off in the slicer?
