Recently bought a Surface Book (Yay!) but now I'm having trouble loggin into the community.
My account still works (I still receive updates on old posts, and I'm typing this message on my old computer which still has my password stored), but I lost my old password and cannot log in from my new computer.
When requesting a password reset, I receive a mail with a password reset link, but whatever I do, I get an error message "Sorry, we are unable to reset your password". I cannot change my password on my old computer because I need my old password to do that...
Is anyone able to help?
