past due balance days past due

I'm trying to calculate (or present) the number of days a tenant is past due. I'm trying to create a column specific to tenant that says if current balance > 0 then calculate the DateDiff(max(InvoiceDate)-Now()).

I have a ledger table with transaction dates, invoice and payment.
